We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you appoint us, to deliver our services and manage our relationship with you. Our lawful bases are your consent and, where relevant, the performance of a contract and our legitimate business interests.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to deliver your project — for example with a Structural Engineer or the Local Authority — and with trusted service providers who help us run the practice, under appropriate safeguards.

Keeping it safe and for how long

We keep your information secure and retain it only as long as necessary for the project and our legal obligations, then delete it.
